• The witness is authorized to refer to any writings which he himself has asked at the time of the matter to be questioned or written shortly after the date of the court to refresh his memory during the martyrdom. I will probably remember that dream at that time

• The witness shall also have the authority to refer to the writings which another person has written and the witnesses may have read it within the period mentioned above if he knew it correctly when reading it.

•  When a witness can refer to a document and refresh his / her memory, he / she may refer to the said document with the permission of the court, provided that the court is satisfied that there is sufficient reason to present the original document.
