Section No.3- Ordnance will prevail on other laws
Ordnance orders will be effective in any other law enforcement law
Section No. 4- Stolen medicines
Theft or theft check will be valid or stolen
Section No. 5- Theft Determination Limit

C- When a employee or a lord had been stolen from his master or employer's harassment where he was given access
D- When the smuggling goods were not to be avoided from bad foods, fish, birds, dogs, pigs, drug addictions, musical instruments,
E- When the offense was part of Masroba, which was worth less than the curriculum after submitting its share.
F- When a borrower is stealing his debtor property, which is worth less than the curriculum after submitting the money to him
G- When the offender stolen under an accident or an emergency
